Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Infinite Yields. We take pride in delivering high-quality, disciplined market education. As we deal with digital intellectual property and live training sessions, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Indian digital service standards.

1. No-Refund Policy for Digital Content

Infinite Yields provides specialized educational content, including live webinars and recorded courses.

  • Final Sale: All purchases of webinars, workshops, or digital courses are considered final.
  • Nature of Product: Because digital content and live knowledge cannot be “returned” once accessed or attended, we do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed or a webinar has been conducted.

2. GST & Transaction Fee Disclosure

In the event of any exceptional, management-approved refund (at our sole discretion):

  • Non-Refundable Taxes: The 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) paid at the time of purchase is collected on behalf of the Government of India and is strictly non-refundable.
  • Payment Gateway Fees: Transaction fees charged by our payment partner (Razorpay) and any associated processing costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. Technical Support & Access Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” we are 100% committed to ensuring you receive the service you paid for.

  • Access Issues: If you are unable to access a live webinar or your course dashboard due to a technical error on our end, please notify us immediately.
  • Resolution: We will provide an alternative access link, a recording of the session, or a seat in the next available batch.

4. Refund Processing Timeline (Razorpay Standard)

If a refund is approved by our management for a specific technical reason:

  • Timeline: The refund will be initiated via the Razorpay dashboard. It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
  • Source Refund: For your security, refunds are always sent back to the original payment source. We cannot process refunds to alternative bank accounts or third-party wallets.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage our students to reach out to our support team first to resolve any access or billing concerns.

  • Policy Acknowledgment: By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy.
  • Dispute Resolution: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent suspension of your account and future access to the Infinite Yields platform.

6. Cancellation of Enrollment

You may choose not to attend a live session at any time; however, no partial or full refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your enrollment or for non-attendance.
